Ho’omana Yoga is Worshipful Yoga
Ho’omana: Hawaiian translation- “to worship”
We exist to create an atmosphere of rest and healing, where seekers and believers can come to experience the healing presence of Christ. A community desiring to know God and be known by God, in the most intimate places of heart, mind, body and soul. We place a special emphasis on fostering a loving environment for survivors of emotional pain or abuse; empowering women and celebrating their inherit worth and value.
We make this vision possible by offering Holy Yoga classes, Christ-Centered meditation, prayer, and community to people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Classes are held in places accessible to all people (outdoor parks, churches, recreation centers, etc.) Cost of classes are on a donation basis, to ensure no one is discouraged from connecting with the Ho’omana Yoga community.
” We are a community that lives beyond ourselves. We make it our aim to bring this space of rest and healing to those suffering from emotional pain and abuse.”
(founder and Lead Yoga Instructor of Ho’omana Yoga Hawaii)
